By accessing the Trackeno ecosystem—including our performance telemetry tools, mobile application backends, and optimization services—you agree to adhere to these operational protocols. This is a binding agreement between you and Trackeno, governing the use of our high-octane engineering assets.
Authorized System Engagement
Trackeno provides a platform for mobile app performance analysis and optimization. Your right to use our services is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and strictly subject to these terms. Unauthorized replication of our telemetry algorithms or reverse-engineering of our APK hooks is strictly prohibited.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their deployment credentials. Any activity logged under your unique hardware identifier (HID) is considered your direct action. We optimize for high-stakes environments—security lapses on your end compromise the integrity of the entire dataset.

How does Trackeno handle intellectual property?
All proprietary code, graphics, and optimization mechanics remain the exclusive property of Trackeno. Users retain rights to their specific data logs, but the analytical framework used to process them is strictly copyrighted.
Are there restrictions on commercial redistribution?
Yes. Unless explicitly granted via a Master Service Agreement (MSA), redistribution, white-labeling, or reselling Trackeno’s optimization engine as a stand-alone service is a violation of these terms.
What is the "Kernel-Level" safety guarantee?
Trackeno operates within the bounds of standard Android security policies. We do not require root access or kernel-level modifications that void manufacturer warranties unless specified in specialized enterprise builds.
How do you handle service interruptions in the EU?
We aim for 99.9% uptime for our monitoring nodes. Maintenance windows are calculated based on CET off-peak hours (02:00 - 05:00) to minimize impact on European tournaments.
What are the data retention limits?
In accordance with GDPR, active performance telemetry is retained for 90 days for benchmarking purposes. Anonymized metadata may be kept indefinitely for engine training.
Can terms be updated without prior notice?
Substantial changes will be communicated via the system dashboard 14 days in advance. Minor structural or formatting updates may occur at any time to reflect hardware compatibility shifts.
Limitation of Liability (AS-IS)
"Trackeno provides its services on an 'as-is' basis. While we strive for extreme precision, we do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, hardware-safe for all legacy devices, or entirely free of rendering artifacts under extreme stress."
Users acknowledge that pushing mobile hardware beyond factory clock-rates via external optimization profiles (if enabled) is done at their own risk. Trackeno is not liable for thermal degradation or battery health depletion resulting from "Max Performance" modes.
